Assign your required signatories: Admins can add required signing parties to one or several templates in the Miramis (formerly known as Pocketlaw) app.
Non-negotiable sign-off: Any signing parties assigned to a template will be added by default to any document drafted from that template and cannot be edited or removed.
Adding additional signatories: The document creator can also add additional signatories to their draft. If additional signing parties are added, the required signatories will automatically be added first in the signing order.
Curious to know more or try it yourself? The Required Signatories feature is available as an add on feature. Register your interest to know more and we’ll be in touch.
